We love connecting with amazing community partners, and Davis Occupational Therapy is one worth knowing about! They offer a variety of mindfulness and wellness groups for adults in Toronto and Etobicoke, led by Registered Occupational Therapists and Social Workers.
Their adult offerings include guided mindfulness sessions in nature, a 6-week ADHD mindfulness program, and art-based sessions designed for neurodiverse adults. Sessions are held at accessible locations and many are covered by extended health benefits.

Nature OT Groups for Kids:
Davis Occupational Therapy
Does your child struggle with big emotions, making friends, or staying focused? Davis Occupational Therapy's Larchwood Kids Nature OT Groups might be just what they need! Using the forest as their clinic, their Registered OTs support children ages 4β12 in building social skills, emotional regulation, and self-esteem through outdoor play and exploration.
Groups are neurodiversity-affirming and welcome children with Autism, ADHD, anxiety, and more β no diagnosis required. Their Spring 2026 session runs April 18 to June 13, with locations at Marie Curtis Park in Etobicoke and Williamson Ravine in East Toronto.

π Exciting News: New Summer Camp Spots Available for Ages 6β8!
We just opened up 8 more spots per week for our Arts & Adventures Camp for ages 6β8, and we don't want your family to miss out; spots fill fast!
This summer marks our 12th camp season at Oak Learners, and we are so proud of the unique experience we have built for children in our community. Running from July 6 through August 28, our Arts & Adventures Camp offers 8 exciting weekly themes, from Nature's Canvas and Junior Scientists to Bugs & Butterflies and Blast Off Into Summer, giving children a fresh adventure to look forward to every week.
Each day is a blend of arts and crafts, music and movement, STEAM activities, mindfulness, and outdoor exploration, with at least 50% of the day spent outside in the local community. Small groups mean every child gets the attention and support they need to thrive.
Camp runs Monday to Friday, 9:00am β 4:00pm, with optional extended hours available from 7:30am β 6:00pm for families who need added flexibility.
