Spotted on our nature walks, spring is here! |

Spring is in full bloom — and so is our outdoor classroom!
Our students explored High Park, learning about bird migration. These hands-on nature walks spark curiosity, build observation skills, and connect kids to the living world right outside our door.
Pictured below are the Northern Cardinal (Cardinalis cardinalis), Great Egret (Ardea alba) and a Wood Duck (Aix sponsa). Keep an eye out for the Black-crowned Night Herons or the Belted Kingfishers that usually hang out near the same spots as that Egret.
